Admin Only
- This will include a take-on audit. We’ll provide billing, communications and real time financial reports. All AGM arrangements as well as attendance and facilitation AGM.
Building Management
Includes all the Admin functions as well as:
- Preparing of budgets, maintenance plans
- Contractor quotes and service level agreements
- Quarterly building inspections with detailed photographic reports
Additional functions can be added to this service as required
- Trustee meetings (arrange, attend and minute)
- Monthly building inspections
- Meter readings and recoveries
- Major project management (For large maintenance or improvement projects)

Professional Trustee
- Complete management of scheme with no involvement of owners.
